These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the qoralyn.com website and the platform operated by Qoralyn Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.R.L., Tax ID 1-31-98765-4, with registered offices at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Torre Citi, Floor 12, Piantini, Santo Domingo 10148, Dominican Republic. Accessing the site implies acceptance of these conditions.

1. Purpose

Qoralyn operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform intended to connect authorised developers with investors wishing to participate in projects linked to the real estate sector in the Dominican Republic. The public site qoralyn.com provides institutional information and allows subscription to receive updates.

2. Eligibility

You may use the platform if you are over 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts and reside in the Dominican Republic. Legal entities must be registered before the General Directorate of Internal Revenue (DGII).

3. Registration and subscription

The public form requests name and email address exclusively for informational purposes. In order to invest in a project it is necessary to complete a subsequent identification process (KYC), accept the participative loan agreement and comply with anti-money laundering policies.

4. Risks

Real estate crowdlending products entail risks, including the possibility of construction delays, regulatory changes, market conditions and, in extreme cases, the total loss of the invested capital. Published returns are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

5. Intellectual property

The contents published on the site, including text, images, brands, logos and design, are the property of Qoralyn or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

6. Limitation of liability

Qoralyn shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site or from investment decisions taken by users. The information published is indicative and does not replace independent professional advice.

7. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. We will publish the current version at qoralyn.com/en/terms-and-conditions and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of the site after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, in particular Law 249-17 on the Securities Market, Law 172-13 on Data Protection and Law 155-17 against Money Laundering. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo.
