At Qoralyn Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Qoralyn") we value your privacy and work to ensure the responsible treatment of the personal data we collect through qoralyn.com and our real estate crowdlending platform. This document describes what information we obtain, for what purpose, how long we keep it and what your rights are as a data subject.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Qoralyn Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.R.L., Tax ID 1-31-98765-4, with registered offices at Av. Winston Churchill 1099, Torre Citi, Floor 12, Piantini, Santo Domingo 10148, Dominican Republic. Any privacy-related enquiry can be directed to hola@qoralyn.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out the subscription form (name and email) as well as technical data derived from navigation (IP address, browser type, operating system, visited pages). We do not request financial data or identification documents through the public site.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about new real estate investment opportunities, respond to your enquiries, comply with applicable legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the operation of the site. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent granted when submitting the form, on the execution of the pre-contractual relationships you request, and on compliance with legal obligations arising from Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or transfer your personal data. We may share information with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics), always under contract and with equivalent security safeguards. If required by competent authorities, we will comply with the applicable regulations.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you maintain an active subscription and for an additional period of 24 months to comply with accounting and legal obligations. You may request early deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, update, delete and object by writing to hola@qoralyn.com. In case of disagreement, you may file a claim with the National Data Protection Authority of the Dominican Republic.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Our site uses TLS encryption and logical separation between production and development environments.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technological or business changes. The current version will always be available at qoralyn.com/en/privacy-policy and will be identified by the last updated date.
